Every now and then, I like to look back through recent family photo sessions considering what images spark excitement for me and why. It’s an exercise that helps me grow and evolve as an artist and also hone in on the types of photos I want to focus on creating in future work.
These photos from one of my Mama Love mini sessions early this year did that for me. When I asked myself why, the first word I thought of was connection… genuine, authentic, real connection. It’s what I strive to capture and when I do, it’s magic.
