I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it… I LOVE photographing families at their homes! Beyond the benefits of it being the most familiar location to children where everyone feels at ease, this photo session from earlier this summer highlights another reason I love at-home shoots—the variety of photos! We hung out in their living room for some couch snuggles, we chilled in their backyard for a mid-shoot refreshment and we went on their daily walk around their Highland Park neighborhood. The result is a collection of images that capture this chapter in their families story that will be so, so meaningful in the years to come.
